Here you’ll find the terms and conditions related to the use of this website along with those related to our services.

Terms may be changed with no notice, so please take care to regularly read them before using any services the Yellow Bee provides.

Delivery

1.1 All orders are posted from the UK using Royal Mail.

1.2 UK orders are posted using 48 hour tracked delivery.
Europe via International Tracked.
Rest of the world via International Economy.

1.3 The delivery aims are as follows. This is just a guide and items may arrive sooner.
UK – 2 business days
Europe – 3-5 working days
Worldwide – America up to 6 weeks
South America/Africa/Asia up to 8 weeks
Australia up to 12 weeks.

1.4 Yellow Bee is not responsible for postal delays.

1.5 It is up to the buyer to ascertain and pay the customs charges on their order. Check your VAT/Customs charges here

1.6 Orders are packed and posted within 2 working days of receiving the payment.

Returns

2.1 If for any reason you wish to cancel your order please email Vicky@Yellowbeecakecompany.co.uk.

2.2 Orders placed via the website, automatically get a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you make a purchase.

• This does not apply to signed books as they are personalised.

2.3 With the exception of faulty or damaged items, the customer is liable for the cost of postage for all returns .

2.4 Faulty or items damaged in transit will either be refunded in full or replaced.

2.5 Yellow Bee is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.

Yellow Bee Club Annual Subscription

3.1 Upon making your first payment you agree to the subscription automatically renewing after 12 months unless cancelled.

3.2 No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

3.3 Under no circumstances are you to share login/access with another party. All parties will be removed from the subscription and no refunds will be given.

3.4 Recording and/or sharing of online content is strictly prohibited.

3.5 You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

3.6 When you cancel a subscription, you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time that you’ve already paid. After this period, access will be revoked.

Yellow Bee Club Monthly Subscription

4.1 By purchasing a monthly subscription you agree to an initial and recurring monthly payment thereafter.

4.2 The minimum term is 6 monthly payments.

4.3 The subscription will continue until cancelled.

4.4 If you fail to complete your payments in a timely manner, all access to lessons and the associated Facebook group will be revoked immediately without warning.

4.5 No refunds will be given under any circumstance.

4.6 Under no circumstances are you to share login/access with another party. All parties will be removed from the subscription and no refunds will be given.

4.7 Recording and/or sharing of online content is strictly prohibited.

4.8 When you cancel a subscription, access will be revoked.

Discount Codes

5.1 Discount codes are offered at the discretion of Yellow Bee and must be used at the time of purchase.

5.2 Discount codes have no cash alternative and are not transferable or assignable.

6.2 No part of this website, products or services may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, stored in a database and / or published in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the publisher.

The information, posts and content are provided for entertainment, information and educational purposes only, without responsibility and on the understanding that we shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever, howsoever caused and releasing us from ANY and ALL liability for any type of losses or damages (monetary or otherwise) that you or any third party may incur from your use of our services, website, or live streams including but not limited to Facebook, and Instagram.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
